Digitalization of the socio-cultural sphere: from premonition to the point of bifurcation

The article outlines research directions in the field of social communications and other Sciences of the information cycle related to the current challenges and problems of digitalization of the socio-cultural sphere. The article considers the impact of the events of spring 2020 on the content and progress of digitalization. Scientific tasks are set to study scientific communications, digital culture, distance education, and digital tools of social management. The necessity and nature of multidimensional study and design of digital content is determined. New directions of analysis of the socio-cultural sphere are being outlined.

БИБЛИОТЕЧНО-ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ НАУКИ: ТЕОРИЯ И МЕТОДОЛОГИЯ.СТОЛЯРОВ Ю.Н. О ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ СОХРАНИТЬ БИБЛИОТЕКОВЕДЕНИЕ, БИБЛИОГРАФОВЕДЕНИЕ И КНИГОВЕДЕНИЕ В НОМЕНКЛАТУРЕ НАУЧНЫХ СПЕЦИАЛЬНОСТЕЙ

В марте 2020 г. появился проект новой Номенклатуры научных специальностей, которая со стороны государства является формой признания научности той или иной сферы деятельности. Специальность 05.25.03 Библиотековедение, библиографоведение и книговедение признавалась этой Номенклатурой с момента первых защит по библиотековедению и библиографоведению – 1938 года. Однако из проекта новой Номенклатуры она исключена. Предлагается путь возможного исправления ситуации – путём её отражения в статусе специальности в группе 5.10 Искусствоведение и культурология с оставлением возможности защищать диссертации на соискание педагогических, исторических, филологических наук и культурологии.

About the possibility to keep library science, bibliography science

and book science in the Nomenclature of scientific specialties

In March 2020, a draft of a new Nomenclature of scientific specialties appeared, which is a form of recognition of the scientific character of a particular field of activity by the state. The specialty 05.25.03 library science, bibliography and book studies was recognized by this Nomenclature from the moment of the first defenses in library science and bibliography – in 1938. However, it is excluded from the draft of the new Nomenclature. The article suggests a possible correction of the situation - by reflecting it in the status of the specialty in group 5.10 art and cultural Studies, leaving the possibility to defend dissertations for pedagogical, historical, philological and cultural studies.

БИБЛИОТЕЧНО-ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ НАУКИ: ТЕОРИЯ И МЕТОДОЛОГИЯ. ШВЕЦОВА-ВОДКА Г.Н. О БИБЛИОТЕЧНОЙ ТЕРМИНОЛОГИИ

Рассматриваются основные понятия проекта государственного стандарта Российской Федерации «Библиотечно-информационная деятельность. Термины и определения». Подчёркивается необходимость трактовки библиотечной деятельности как вида практической информационной деятельности, представляющей собой совокупность процессов сбора, преобразования, хранения, поиска, распространения информации, организации и управления информационными системами. Информационную сущность библиотечной деятельности предлагается показывать в определениях специальных терминов, а не в их формулировках. С учётом сказанного предложены определения библиотеки, библиотечной и библиографической деятельностей, библиотечного дела и библиографии, информационного дела, библиотековедения и библиографоведения. Обосновывается необходимость отражения деятельностной природы рассматриваемого явления в структуре стандарта.

About library terminology

The basic concepts of the draft state standard of the Russian Federation “Library and Information Activities. Terms and Definitions" are considered. The necessity of interpreting library activities as a type of practical information activity, which is a combination of the processes of collecting, transforming, storing, searching, disseminating information, organizing and managing information systems, is emphasized. The information essence of library activity is proposed to be shown in the definitions of special terms, and not in their formulations. Based on the foregoing, definitions of a library, library and bibliographic activities, library and bibliography businesses, information business, library and bibliography sciences are proposed. The necessity of reflecting the activity nature of the phenomenon under consideration in the structure of the standard is substantiated.

Показано его влияние на решение актуальных проблем совершенствования подготовки кадров для системы библиотек, работающих с подрастающим поколением.  Обозначены современные направления деятельности вузов культуры в области организации подготовки библиотечных специалистов на уровнях бакалавриата и магистратуры востребованность их в библиотеках.

В статье показано как в современных условиях цифровизации возможно использование информационных технологий для качественного выполнения работ по комплектованию, учету и изучению фонда научной библиотеки. Как на основе данных электронного каталога и других  систем ведется количественный и качественный учет поступлений документов в библиотечный фонд. Библиометрический анализ возможен только при максимально возможном количестве данных, заложенных в электронный каталог. В зависимости от выбора объекта исследования можно получить необходимые данные в динамике.

Formation, registration and analysis of library collection of scientific libraries in conditions of digitalization

The article shows how in modern conditions of digitalization it is possible to use information technologies for high-quality work on completing, accounting and studying the fund of the science library. How quantitative and qualitative accounting of receipts of documents to the library fund is conducted on the basis of data from the electronic catalog and other systems. Bibliometric analysis is possible only if the maximum possible amount of data is included in the electronic catalog. Depending on the choice of object of research it is possible to obtain the necessary data in the dynamics.

 В статье представлены основные результаты исследования, посвященного анализу места и роли социальных сетей в рекламной деятельности современных публичных библиотек.

  Значительное распространение использования социальных сетей в качестве средства рекламы требует рассмотрения этого феномена в контексте современных публичных библиотек. Несмотря на большое количество работ, посвященных рекламе в библиотечной сфере в целом, проблема использования социальных сетей при организации рекламной деятельности современными учеными в большей мере не рассматривалась.

  В ходе исследования был проведен PEST-анализ факторов, влияющих на рекламную деятельность современных публичных библиотек. Осуществлен SWOT-анализ факторов, влияющих на использование социальных сетей в их рекламной деятельности. Выявлены основные направления повышения потенциала использования социальных сетей в рекламной деятельности современных публичных библиотек. Для верификации полученных нами направлений использования социальных сетей в рекламной деятельности таких библиотек был проведен экспертный опрос.

   В статье раскрываются сущность и содержание рекламной деятельности современных публичных библиотек, определяются факторы, влияющие на рекламную деятельность современных публичных библиотек, на основе которых выявлены особенности применения социальных сетей в рекламной деятельности такого рода библиотек.

  В завершении статьи предложены рекомендации по оптимизации использования социальных сетей в рекламной деятельности современных публичных библиотек.

Social network in advertising and modern public libraries: research result

  The article presents the main results of the research devoted to the analysis of the place and role of social networks in the advertising activity of modern public libraries.

   The widespread use of social media as a means of advertising requires this phenomenon to be considered in the context of modern public libraries. Despite the large number of works devoted to advertising in the library sphere as a whole, the problem of using social networks in organizing advertising activities has not been considered by modern scientists to a greater extent.

   The study conducted a PEST analysis of factors that affect the advertising activities of modern public libraries. A SWOT analysis of the factors that influence the use of social networks in their advertising activities was carried out. The main directions of increasing the potential of using social networks in advertising activities of modern public libraries are identified. An expert survey was conducted to verify the directions of using social networks in advertising activities of this kind of libraries.

   The article reveals the essence and content of the advertising activity of modern public libraries, determines the factors that affect the advertising activity of modern public libraries, on the basis of which the features of the use of social networks in the advertising activity of this kind of libraries are revealed.

   The article concludes with recommendations for optimizing the use of social networks in the advertising activities of modern public libraries.

СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ СОЦИОКУЛЬТУРНЫЕ ПРАКТИКИ: ИЗУЧАЕМ, АНАЛИЗИРУЕМ, ПРОЕКТИРУЕМ. САХАРЧУК Е.С. АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ ПОТРЕБНОСТИ СУБЪЕКТОВ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ТУРИСТСКОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ

Актуальность затрагиваемой в статье проблематики обусловлена существенными изменениями в сфере российского туризма, связанными с необходимостью внедрения новых продуктов, технологий обслуживания туристов, инновационных административно-управленческих решений и др. Многие из предприятий-субъектов профессиональной туристской деятельности в ситуации трансформации туристских потребностей и роста доли самоорганизованных туристов должны найти свою новую нишу. На основе проведённого анализа теоретических источников, материалов экспертных интервью, кейсов управления знаниями в области туризма, а также кейсов, характеризующих участие библиотек в развитии внутреннего туризма,  делается вывод о перспективности такого направления деятельности библиотек как удовлетворение актуальных для периода трансформаций информационных потребностей профессиональных  субъектов профессиональной туристской деятельности. Методологический вектор исследования связан, прежде всего,  с представлением о конкретном характере информационных потребностей. В статье систематизированы типы инноваций «нишевого туризма», предложены формы реализации в библиотеках тематической интерактивной информационно-коммуникационной среды. Статья может представлять интерес для руководителей и сотрудников библиотек, студентов и аспирантов профильных направлений подготовки.

ACTUAL INFORMATION NEEDS OF SUBJECTS OF PROFESSIONAL TOURIST ACTIVITY

The relevance of the issues addressed in the article is due to significant changes in the field of Russian tourism related to the need to introduce new products, tourist services technologies, innovative administrative and managerial decisions, etc. Many of the subjects of professional tourism activities in the situation of tourist needs transformation and an increase in the share of self-organized tourists should be significant way to upgrade, find your niche. Based on the analysis of theoretical sources, materials of expert interviews, cases of knowledge management in the field of tourism, as well as cases characterizing the participation of libraries in the development of domestic tourism, it is concluded that such a direction of the library is promising as meeting the current information needs of professional subjects of professional tourism activities. The methodological vector of research is primarily associated with the idea of ​​the specific nature of information needs. The types of innovations of “niche tourism” are systematized in the article, and forms of implementation of the thematic interactive information and communication environment in libraries are proposed. The article may be of interest to the heads and employees of libraries, students and graduate students of specialized areas of training.

Статья рассматривает влияние информационных и телекоммуникационных технологий на современный мир. Анализируются факторы и документы, определяющие будущее библиотек в новой информационной среде. Ставится задача совершенствования удовлетворения потребительской аудитории. Целью данной статьи является стимулирование обсуждения и исследования осведомленности и двухнаправленной силы изменений – библиотек и потребителей в международных документах, национальной политике, как и где акценты поставляются.

The article examines the impact of information and telecommunications technologies on the modern world. The article analyzes the factors and documents that determine the future of libraries in the new information environment. The goal is to improve the satisfaction of the consumer audience. The purpose of this article is to stimulate discussion and research on awareness and the bi-directional power of change-libraries and consumers in international documents, national policies, how and where the emphasis is delivered.

Рассматривается опыт факультета информационно-документных коммуникаций Белорусского государственного университета культуры и искусств в области создания филиалов кафедр на базе библиотек, описываются направления деятельности, реализуемые в рамках филиалов, при подготовке кадров по специальности библиотечно-информационная деятельность.

The branch of the university chair as a form of cooperation and ensuring the practice-oriented education in the training of highly qualified personnel for the library and information sphere of Belarus

Представлена общая характеристика проекта цифровой библиотеки «Европеана». Прослежена история её создания и оценено её современное состояние. Отмечены основные проекты, связанные с «Европеаной». Подчёркнута историческая и культурная значимость проекта. Продемонстрирована связь с другими аналогичными проектами из мировой практики.

Europeana digital library: its history, current state and importance for international library practice

The article presents general characteristics of the Europeana digital library project. The author traces the history of its creation and evaluates its current state. The main projects related to Europeana are enumerated. The historical and cultural significance of the project is emphasized. В СМЕЖНЫХ НАУКАХ. СЛАДКОВА О.Б. ВЫПУСКНИКИ ВУЗОВ НА РЫНКЕ ТРУДА

Статья посвящена проблеме трудоустройства выпускников вузов. Раскрывается противоречие между потребностями рынка труда и предложениями сферы образования. Описывается исследование состояния трудоустройства выпускников гуманитарно-педагогического факультета Российского государственного аграрного университета имени К.А. Тимирязева. Анализируются общие позиции работодателей, связанные с оценкой профессиональной подготовки и ценностно-мотивационных установок выпускников. Подчеркиваются собственные проблемы организаций-работодателей, в частности сложности с реализацией института наставничества, ограниченными ресурсами организаций-работодателей и т.д. Приводятся данные о мнении выпускников на проблему трудоустройства. Претензии выпускников касаются  ограниченного круга предложений рабочих мест, сложностей с социальной адаптацией в профессиональной сфере и др. Однако при этом отмечается неадекватное оценивание выпускниками собственных карьерных целей. Предлагаются  возможные меры помощи молодым специалистам в трудоустройстве, в частности мобильность в подготовке кадров. Подчеркивается значение университетских центров трудоустройства, сотрудничества выпускающих кафедр с другими подразделениями вуза,  а также использование современных социально-информационных технологий.

University graduates in the labor market

The article is devoted the problem of young specialist’s employment. There are disclose  contradiction between the opportunities of the young specialist’s employment and labor market’s offers. There are described the investigation of  employment students of humanitarian-pedagogics faculty of Russian State Agriculture University in the name of K.A. Timiryazev. There are analysed positions of holders employments to professional competence and motivation of young specialists. There are underlined that organizations have property problems: limited resources, problems of mentors and either. There are investigated the young specialist’s opinions about professional offers: a few of professional offers, difficulties to value make one’s career, social adaptation in  professional sphere and either. There are analysed possibilities of assistance to young specialists in  searching of employment. Among this  possibilities to young specialists are the competition to the best  vacancy, to rise prestige of vacancy, comfortable organization of work. There are underlined the role of special sub-faculty  to preparation  specialists on related fields. There are described the role of employment centers of universities: change functions from mediator to diagnosis, the main of monitoring of educational sphere. There are underlined the collaboration between special sub-faculties  and  holder of employment and importance to use modern means of communication in university’s publicity.
