In the new Nomenclature of scientific specialties, document and communication sciences are proposed to be placed in group 5.10 Art history and cultural studies in 2 specialties: 5.10.4 Documentological sciences (in the research direction: documentology, science of records management, documentary science) and 5.10.5 Documentary communicology (in the research direction: library science, bibliographic science, book studies).

БИБЛИОТЕЧНЫЕ И ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ КАДРЫ: ПОДГОТОВКА, УПРАВЛЕНИЕ, РАЗВИТИЕ. СУШКОВА Ю.Н. ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ КОММУНИКАТИВНО-РЕЧЕВЫХ АСПЕКТОВ БИБЛИОТЕЧНОГО ПОВЕДЕНИЯ В ПРОЦЕССЕ ПОДГОТОВКИ БИБЛИОТЕЧНОГО СПЕЦИАЛИСТА
В статье поднимаются важные и актуальные проблемы профессионального общения специалистов библиотечно-информационной среды. В работе проведен анализ точек зрения ученых на проблему, выделены основные компоненты профессиональной культуры библиотечного специалиста. Автором статьи представлена программа элективного курса для студентов, обучающихся по направлению подготовки 51.03.06 «Библиотечно-информационная деятельность», которая предусматривает изучение важных разделов. В первом разделе идет знакомство с основными понятиями курса, во втором – с основами «академической речи», далее идут разделы, связанные с речевым поведением (речевой этикет, техника речи) и многие другие. Предлагаемый подход поможет будущему библиотечному специалисту приобрести навыки высокой профессиональной культуры.

Formation of communicative-speech aspects of library behavior in the process of preparing a library specialist
The article raises important and relevant problems of professional communication between library and information specialists. The paper analyzes the points of view of scientists on the problem, identifies the main components of the professional culture of a library specialist. The author of the article presents an elective course program for students studying in the direction of preparation 51.03.06 «Library and Information Activities», which provides for the study of important sections. The first section introduces the basic concepts of the course, the second - the basics of "academic speech", then the sections related to speech behavior (speech etiquette, speech technique) and many others. The proposed approach will help the future library specialist to acquire the skills of a high professional culture.

Результат литературного премиального процесса и продукция рекомендательной библиографической деятельности имеют одинаковую структурную основу. Это – список литературы (произведений), отобранной по определенным критериям. Указанная общность позволяет использовать премиальные списки для создания рекомендательной библиографической продукции. НИО библиографии РГБ успешно ведется большая работа в этом направлении.

В статье рассматриваются важнейшие составляющие цифровой среды, дается ее определение с точки зрения информационных технологий, культурологических подходов. Анализируется проект Российской государственной библиотеки для молодёжи, направленный на развитие цифровой среды библиотек. Представлены опыт работы Смоленской областной универсальной научной библиотеки им. А.Т. Твардовского по оцифровке коллекций, отнесенных к книжным памятникам; перспективные направления деятельности по сохранению цифрового культурного наследия, созданию собственного цифрового контента и формированию цифровой грамотности специалистов и пользователей библиотеки.

Digital Environment of Smolensk Regional Universal Research Library named after A.T. Tvardovsky
The article deals with the key elements of digital environment, its specific definition is provided from the perspective of information technologies and cultural approach. The project of Russian State Library for Young Adults dedicated to the development of digital environment of libraries is analyzed. It presents the expertise of Smolensk Regional Universal Research Library named after A.T. Tvardovsky in digitizing of collections referred to rare books; perspectives of preservation of digital cultural heritage, creation of proprietary digital content and development of digital literacy of library specialists and users.
