В статье проводится идея, что и у документологии есть общая область интересов, относящаяся к документу как средству записи информации. При этом если для медиалогии понятие «средство» ключевое, то документология стремится его избегать в силу запредельной полисемичности. Содержится призыв к отказу от свойственной отдельным медиалогам конфронтации с документологией, дана установка на сотрудничество двух этих дисциплин.

Medialogy and Documentology: correlation of concepts
The article presents the idea that documentology has a common area of interest related to the document as a means of recording information. At the same time, if the concept of "means" is key for medialogy, then documentology tends to avoid it due to its extreme polysemicity. It calls for the rejection of the confrontation with documentology inherent in individual dialogues, and sets the goal for cooperation between these two disciplines.

Статья посвящена проблемам подросткового чтения. В ней описываются тенденции в изменении характера чтения подростков, формулируются условия эффективности проведения литературных занятий на основе поэтической литературы со старшими подростками в библиотеке. Приводится программа литературных занятий с подростками «Поэзия –проза жизни», направленная на приобщение подростков к чтению классической и современной поэзии.

Poetry-prose of life (about the experience of conducting literary and poetic classes with teenagers)
The article is devoted to the problems of adolescent reading. It describes the trends in changing the nature of adolescent reading, formulates the conditions for the effectiveness of literary classes based on poetic literature with older teenagers in the library. The program of literary classes with teenagers "Poetry –prose of life" is given, aimed at introducing teenagers to reading classical and modern poetry.

Рассмотрены пути использования цифровых технологий для организации данных в интеллектуальных системах управления мотивацией. Предложена многофакторная модель потребностей, определяющая мотивацию человека в окружающем его мире в виде определенных наборов (факторов), величина которых зависит от условий, определяющих деятельность и организацию жизни человека. Показаны задачи, которые позволяет решить цифровая технология в этом направлении.

Data organization in intelligent motivation management systems in the library
Ways of using digital technologies for data organization in intelligent systems of motivation management are considered. A multifactorial model of needs was proposed that determined the motivation of a person in the world around him in the form of certain sets (factors), the magnitude of which depended on the conditions governing the activities and organization of human life. The tasks that digital technology can solve in this direction are shown.

НАУЧНЫЕ КОММУНИКАЦИИ И ИНФОРМАЦИОННО-АНАЛИТИЧЕСКОЕ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЕ НАУКИ. ЦВЕТКОВА В.А. ПОДХОДЫ К ОЦЕНКЕ ПУБЛИКАЦИОННОЙ АКТИВНОСТЬ И ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ОПУБЛИКОВАНИЯ НАУЧНЫХ РАБОТ В БИБЛИОТЕЧНО-ИНФОРМАЦИОННОЙ СФЕРЕ
Рассмотрены подходы к оценке публикационной активности с использованием библиометрических баз данных WOS CC, Scopus и РИНЦ. Проанализирован состав ведущих российских журналов по библиотечно-информационной тематике с учетом их отражения в библиометрических базах данных. Отмечена роль рецензирования научных публикаций. Наиболее распространена в настоящее время модель «рецензент-волонтер».

Approaches to the assessment of publication activity and the possibility of publishing scientific articles in the library and information sphere
The article considers approaches to the assessment of the publication activity using bibliometric databases WOS CC, Scopus and Russian science citation index. The article analyzes the composition of the leading Russian journals on library and information topics, taking into account their reflection in bibliometric databases. The role of reviewing scientific publications is noted. Currently, the most common model is "reviewer-volunteer".

Актуальность статьи определяется стратегическими ориентирами России на инновационную экономику и необходимостью развития института интеллектуальной собственности. На основе полисистемной методологии и применения методов концептуального моделирования и проектирования информационной среды доказывается необходимость построения микроуровня цифровой инфраструктуры сферы интеллектуальной собственности. Результатом исследования выступает определение позиций ведомственных и корпоративных библиотек в цифровой инфраструктуре сферы интеллектуальной собственности. Выявлены ключевые проблемы теоретического изучения и прикладного проектирования работы ведомственных и корпоративных библиотек с цифровыми ресурсами и сервисами Роспатента.

Work of departmental and corporate libraries with digital resources and services of Rospatent
The relevance of the article is determined by the strategic guidelines of Russia on the innovative economy and the need to develop the institute of intellectual property. On the basis of the polysystem methodology and the application of the methods of conceptual modeling and design of the information environment, the necessity of building a micro-level of the digital infrastructure of the intellectual property sphere is proved. The result of the research is the determination of the positions of departmental and corporate libraries in the digital infrastructure of the intellectual property sphere. The key problems of theoretical study and applied design of the work of departmental and corporate libraries with digital resources and services of Rospatent are identified.

В статье описывается создание и развитие собственных уникальных краеведческих ресурсов, представляющих особую ценность для любой библиотечной системы, и последующая интеграция этих ресурсов в виртуальное пространство. Подробно рассказывается об интерактивной карты «Жизнь православная» и «История района в лицах». Описывается такая форма работы библиотек в соцсетях, как ведение краеведческих сетевых проектов. Результаты работы библиотек МБУК «Кирово-Чепецкая РЦБС» показывают, что интеграция краеведческих ресурсов в цифровое пространство позволяет повысить уровень краеведческой работы районной и сельских библиотек.

Local history resources of libraries Kirovo-Chepetsky district, Kirov oblast, and their integration into the digital space
The article describes the creation and development of its own unique local history resources, which are of particular value for any library system, and the subsequent integration of these resources into the virtual space. The interactive maps "Orthodox Life" and "The history of the district in persons" are described in detail. It describes such a form of work of libraries in social networks as the management of local history network projects. The results of the work of the libraries of the MBUK "Kirovo-Chepetskaya RCBS" show that the integration of local history resources into the digital space makes it possible to increase the level of local history work of district and rural libraries.

В статье анализируются феномен проблемы кризиса чтения в работах известных исследователей, понятие «читательский интерес», «читательская мода», снижение интереса к чтению, специфики чтения традиционных книг и электронных в условиях пандемии. Автором статьи рассматриваются игровые формы привлечения пользователей библиотек к чтению - библиоквесты и библиоквизы. Автор дает обобщенную характеристику и определения понятиям библиоквесты и библиоквизы. Статья подкреплена данными ВЦИОМ. Представлен опыт автора по внедрению библиоквестов и библиоквизов на примере библиотеки Кысыл-Сыр РС(Я)

Library quests and quiz as motivators of reader interest during a pandemic (on the example of a library of an urban-type village)
The article analyzes the phenomenon of the problem of reading crisis in the works of well-known researchers, the concept of "reader's interest", "reader's fashion", a decrease in interest in reading, the specifics of reading traditional and electronic books in a pandemic. The author of the article examines the playful forms of attracting library users to reading - library quests and library quizzes. The author gives a generalized description and definitions of the concepts of library quests and library quizzes. The article is supported by data from VTsIOM. The author's experience in the implementation of library quests and library quizzes is presented on the example of the Kysyl-Syr library of the RS (Y)

В статье подчеркивается актуальность совместного проведения досуга детей и родителей, характеризуются понятия «организационные условия» и «педагогические условия», а также дается подробная характеристика термина «организационно – педагогические условия». На основе анализа научных статей, диссертаций, методических материалов выявлены эффективные условия организации мероприятий для детей и родителей в заведениях общественного питания. Представлена модель организации досуговых мероприятий в семейных клубах-ресторанах.

Organizational and pedagogical conditions of leisure activities in family clubs-restaurants
The article emphasizes the relevance of joint leisure activities of children and parents, characterizes the concepts of "organizational conditions" and "pedagogical conditions", and also gives a detailed description of the term "organizational and pedagogical conditions". Based on the analysis of scientific articles, dissertations, and methodological materials, effective conditions for organizing events for children and parents in public catering establishments are identified.
